Refund Policy

Once a delivery is made to the address specified in the order no refund will be made. If contact is made prior to delivery, and our CSR’s have time to relay the message to the driver we will refund monies at that time. All refund requests must be made with direct contact to a CSR. i.e. a voice message will not be considered a cancel request until the request is fulfilled, not at the time the message was left. Also email cancel requests will be considered accepted when a CSR makes contact with the driver to cancel, and not at time the email was sent. Direct contact implies a phone call to a CSR who is able to discuss cancellation right away, or in person request at one of our offices.
